MIT researchers say “pad kid poured curd pulled cod” might be the toughest tongue twister around. The phrase – which must be repeated 10 times as fast as possible – is designed to trigger speech errors, its creators say. Their research indicates that verbal slip-ups occur most frequently on strings of similar sounding words.
