A WICKED Deal!

A WICKED Deal!

WICKED is celebrating 10 years on Broadway with its return to the Des Moines Civic Center, Oct. 30 through Nov. 10. What an achievement! If you haven’t purchased your tickets, I’ve just learned of a WICKED deal on some great seats you should know about.

Here’s what you need to do: Two and one-half hours prior to each performance, show up at the Civic Center ticket office and place your name in the lottery drum. 30 minutes later, names will be drawn for a limited number of orchestra seats at $25 each, cash only. What a deal! If selected, you can buy up to two tickets. Make sure you bring a valid photo ID too.

One more thing: In celebration of WICKED’s 10th anniversary, lottery tickets for the Wednesday, Oct. 30 performance only will be given away for FREE. Nice!

I’ve seen the show twice before. Amazing. This time around, we’re bringing my 8 year and 5 year old daughters. They’re both so excited!

As with other shows at the Des Moines Civic Center, regular/non-lottery tickets can be purchased at the ticket office, all Ticketmaster locations, charge-by-phone at (800) 745-3000 and online at DesMoinesPerformingArts.org.
