Luke Matthews

Luke Matthews

Luke Matthews is a life-long resident of Central Iowa, Luke currently lives in Ankeny with his wife, Susan and their cats, Basil and Sydney.  When Luke isn’t on the air, he keeps busy maintaining the MORE 104 website and social media channels.  After work, it’s a safe bet that Luke is catching live music somewhere in the Midwest!  A self-proclaimed “concert junkie,” Luke travels all over to see his favorite artists like Kelly Clarkson, Dave Matthews Band, John Mayer, Taylor Swift, Sara Bareilles, and many more.

If he’s not taking in live music, Luke is likely enjoying sports!  He’s a die-hard Iowa State Cyclone, a huge Green Bay Packers fan and also loves his Chicago White Sox.  He even occasionally gets back to his alma mater, Valley High School to catch the Tigers play.

Luke’s favorite places in Central Iowa are Jack Trice Stadium on game days, the Iowa Events Center, Jordan Creek Town Center, Court Avenue and the East Village.  Luke tries to visit as many local restaurants as he can and says he loves Ankeny’s Leaning Tower of Pizza, Django, Sam & Gabe’s and Fong’s among others.

WATCH: 10 best ‘Simpsons’ episodes

In this photo released by Fox, Homer explains why he wants to bring back the annual 4th of July fireworks display, after it's cancelled for budget reasons, in the "Yellow Badge of Cowardge" Season Finale episode of "The Simpsons," in May 2014. The full 25-year run of "The Simpsons" will arrive on cable channel FXX with a summer marathon, to be paired this fall with a digital extravaganza that could turn other TV shows yellow with envy. "I'm not going to over-promise, but I think this website will provide you with affordable health care," longtime "Simpsons" executive producer Al Jean told a TV critics' meeting Monday, July 21, 2014.

The recent marathon of all 552 episodes of "The Simpsons" inspired us to sit down and come up with our 10 favorite episodes. Enjoy!
