Imagine, an exhibition that took 67 million years to create.

Discovered in the cliffs of the Cheyenne River in western South Dakota, Sue is the largest, most complete and best-preserved Tyrannosaurus rex ever found. Now—67 million years after roaming the Earth—Sue is visiting SCI.

At 42 feet long and 12 feet high at the hips, Sue was one of the largest flesh-eaters to have ever inhabited the earth, and a dramatic, life-sized skeleton cast is the centerpiece of this special exhibition. Through engaging interactive exhibits, a dig pit, video footage and colorful graphics, visitors of all ages will explore how this remarkable creature interacted with its world and examine in-depth topics related to Sue, T. rex and dinosaur science.
